I work cohesively along side dentist to ensure they have everything required to preform treatment on there patients with an intuitive approach. I work to my upmost ability to make there job easier. I also assist with reception answering phone calls and organising appointments and ongoing treatment plans for patients. I am also expected to preform and meet the set infection control standards and procedures. Including the immense and important work that goes into the sterilisation of instruments. I have the ability to ensure that all of our regular standardised test and desensitising are preformed on our equipment; eg: Autoclaves, compressors, etc. another aspect of the role is not only ensure the rooms are filling stocked appropriately and in date, however also making sure to list materials that are required to be ordered.
