Hi! I am Jacinta (Jacy) Pang Parra, an honors student at Texas State University majoring in Nutrition with a minor in Political Science. I am currently working as a Law Clerk at Justinian & Associates where we serve clients with cases in Veterans Affairs, Pharmaceutical Mass Torts, Personal Injury, and Immigration. I am CPR certified through the American Heart Association and am a certified Physical Therapy Technician through the American Medical Certification Association. I am a second degree black belt in taekwondo and trained in martial arts for 12 years where my interest in human health and anatomy began.I am passionate about helping others to develop a better understanding and appreciation for human nutrition in order to better serve my community. I hope to establish a career as a private chef, establishing personal nutritional plans for my clients to facilitate the integration of healthy habits to foster nourishing, sustainable, and enjoyable nutrition for each client that is personalized to them.
