I was tasked with leading the analyst team for the world's largest growth-focused research fund; leading the energy, mining, and resources team; leading technology oversight, leading the investment operations team, and chairing the weekly US large capital investment group call. I also led CWI's global retreats for many years, including the pivotal period following the Global Financial Crisis. I was known for helping shape and rebuild the culture through a difficult period, refocusing the portfolios from cyclical investments to thematic, growth investing, and setting up the group for a decade of success. I promoted debate, encouraged dissent, but demanded collegiality. With over 22 years of experience in the investment industry, I am a founder of a strategic consulting firm that partners with companies to create durable shareholder value. I leverage my decades of investment experience to craft inspirational visions, exploit cyclical opportunities, and communicate authentically with shareholders. I tirelessly advocate for diversity, teamwork, collegiality, humility, and personal accountability. I am value and values oriented, and am looking to build something transformational.
