At Florida Tech, I worked with the online and on-campus graduate students on a daily basis to ensure they had a successful time in the School of Behavior Analysis's programs. I ensured all necessary paperwork was completed for all students as they were admitted into the school, as well as organized orientation information and documentation. I also supervised one student employee, as well as assist supervising and delegating tasks to a team of Graduate Advisers. I worked with the faculty members on a daily basis. For the Fall 2020, I remotely oversaw and organized students coming to campus for orientation, while ensuring they were aware of all I also ensured all on-campus students were aware of their options for attending class, in terms of COVID safety.
