I bring over 20 years of experience in the print production industry, primarily from my time at Xerox where I worked in R&D across various roles including QA testing, Image Quality, System Integration and Project Management. I hold three patents for print production innovations and have extensive experience in workflow optimization and problem-solving complex print production challenges.Sales Training and Speaking Experience:I've also worked extensively as a keynote speaker and sales trainer, helping sales teams enhance their performance through understanding body language and developing success-focused mindsets. I've authored two books on these topics and have conducted training sessions for various organizations to help their sales teams achieve better results.I am also a passionate advocate for neurodiversity, as I was diagnosed with ADHD and autism later in life. I believe that neurodiversity is a strength, not a weakness, and that everyone can leverage their unique abilities and talents to achieve their goals.
