I am a motivated, confident and hardworking manager with the ability to adapt to various situations and quickly assimilate new processes and information. After completing a masters degree in research, where I developed skills in report writing, data analysis and research, I secured a role in the Enterprise Graduate Scheme.  Promoting after 18 months and appointed assistant manger at the busiest branch in the South West, I have enhanced my leadership, organisational and communication skills and proven my industrious nature, resilience and will to succeed. I am a reliable and diligent team player with a range of experience which contribute to my versatility and desire to develop and deliver.
