I took over The Voice Finder and redeveloped the brand, refreshing the look and brand voice, whilst expanding the business to provide functionality for not just Voicover Artists, but also Presenters and Influencers.

Head Of Content for Dadsnet Media Group, covering dn/studios, our podcast production and publishing arm, as well as Dadsnet's original content across social media.This work so far has resulted in multiple chart-topping podcasts, the growth of the Dadsnet social network to over 1M followers and 5M weekly reach, and a nomination for Best Agency at the Drum Awards 2023.

Innate Creative Productions are a creative marketing and advertising agency specialising in motion graphics, animation, video and design.

At Mood Media I looked after both audio and select visual in-store media for a range of National and International brands, as well as acting as Producer for our live music sessions, Mood:Live. On the audio side of things, I wrote and produced in-store messaging for brands such as Co-op, The Perfume Shop and Argos. I worked extensively with presenters and voiceover talent to create the best possible end product to enhance the customer's in-store experience. With visuals, I created motion-graphics animations to go on in-store screens for brands such as PureGym, Co-op and Whole Foods. With Mood:Live, I helped develop and establish the creative direction for the video and social media output. My experience in the digital marketing realm helped improve our highest single video viewing numbers from less that 150 to over 12,000.

I moved to The Creation Lab, a digital marketing company based in Kent, as a New Media Producer to head up their Video Production department. I created ideas, storyboarded, organised, planned and filmed many promotional commercial videos - a large number of which on a white-label basis for larger media agencies.I also scripted and produced animations, from infographic shorts to full cartoon music videos. I worked my way up within this role to Senior New Media Producer, before eventually becoming Head of Creative. In this role I continued my video production work whilst working closer with media agency partners, and undertaking a managerial position. I would look over the day-to-day operations of not just my own department, but also the website development team, the project management team, and the designers. I would also be the point of call for many clients, from the initial sales meeting through to delivery of the project. My work at The Creation Lab culminated in a nomination for "Best Use of Video in Business" at the Kent Digital Awards 2016.

This role included audio, video and visual content production for Heart Kent and the county’s leading commercial-radio breakfast show. I also organised and created content for the Heart website and had a large responsibility for the station’s social media activity across Facebook, Twitter and Vine, including creating and scheduling creative and unique content.This work culminated in a team Sony Radio Academy Award nomination for “Best Use of Multiplatform/Social Media”.
