Worked in a busy supermarket on lots of different sections including checkouts, replenishment, and e-commerce ensuring customers had the best shopping experience.● During my first few years at the partnership, I developed from being a part-time partner with little experience into quickly being able to lead a small team of individuals on the section I worked.● Developed my leadership skills, constantly working on how I interacted with other team members, challenging them to achieve goals, set expectations amongst my peers and followed this up afterwards to ensure satisfactory task completion.● Organised a team of 10-15 drivers scheduling deliveries such that all customers received their deliveries on time. This was particularly difficult during the Covid-19 Pandemic when delivery demand and driver sickness was at an all-time high. Through this high-stress environment, I developed my interpersonal skills with customers and drivers as well asteam management and organisational skills.● Played a key role in the successful rollout of a new wastage scheme, which contributed to the operational efficiency and cost management of the store, as well as a reduction in food waste
