Within the process engineering team I was able to work in multiple sectors including but not limited to Anaerobic digestion, bio-fuels, plastics and materials recovery. Within these sectors I was given the opportunity to complete various types of projects such as Technical Due Diligence, Technical Options Appraisals, HAZID & HAZOP studies, Feedstock Studies and Design. During this time I was able to work with various different teams experiencing the intricacies of project work and the organisational challenges that comes with them. Microsoft word and excel skills were exercised daily in the creation and formatting of reports as well as data analysis. I provided assistance on larger multidisciplinary projects as well as helping handle smaller process engineering projects in which I was able to demonstrate my project management skills in the organisation and management of a small team of process engineers.

My role was to complete tasks on site and provide assistance to other workers where required. I also undertook general upkeep of the site ensuring all stations were tidy and all equipment was in it's place. The tasks I am given range from small individual jobs like installing insulation to larger group tasks like tiling or laying concrete foundations.

During my A-levels and first year of university I worked part time as a Go Ape instructor. It was my job to engage with customers, giving safety briefs and site training so they could safely complete the Go ape experience.

During my A-levels I worked as a lunch time assistant, I was place on the upper school dinning hall where I controlled the flow of students into the dinning hall. After lunch I then provided cleaning services to ensure the hall was clean and ready for the following lunch.
