• Responsibilities and achievements:
• Upgraded existing office network infrastructure to exclusively use Ubiquiti equipment, separating different departments to their own VLAN’s, managing the permissions and security of intra-business information transfer.
• Helped design and develop the API for a single page application with an existing userbase using ASP.NET Core 2 and T-SQL. This application used multiple RESTful API's with a micro-service architecture which also.
• Set up TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, and a private Nuget server in the AWS cloud. Helped move the company from a high-risk deployment process to Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment with unit testing.
• Created tools to help manage cross-solution Nuget package dependencies between in-house projects.
• Managed the security of the QA and production AWS website instances along with various utility and file servers.
