Digital And Community Engagement Coordinator
CurrentThe How Are You Team are an innovative community engagement team with Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust, that run 6 websites across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. Working on the How Are You Fenland website I am responsible for the following: -Plan, coordinate and execute the community engagement with local service providers, VCS groups, grassroots community groups, local government and health providers. - Promote and sign up local groups, activities and services to be featured on the How Are You websites, supporting with website copy, and media content such as photos, video recording & editing.- Represent the project at board level across health and and social care providers. - Promote the How Are You website at online and face to face networking and community events. - Manage the social media account for How Are You Fenland. - Train staff at local services and community groups on how to use the How Are You websites and what local services are available.- Build and maintain internal relationships, promoting the service of How Are You and training clinical staff on the benefits of community support and how to find it on the website. - Diversity Champion - representing How Are You internally and feeding back any equality and diversity issues. Supporting and promoting events such as Gay Pride, Black History Month and South Asian Heritage Week. - Supporting and mentoring team members and How Are You Community Specialists.- Support local integrated neighbourhood boards and contributed to project groups.Personal Achievements: - Increasing the social media reach by 176% and engagement by 540%.- Created and increased Youtube watch time by 111%- Onboarding over 200 activity and services to the HAY Fenland website. - Chairing Mental Health Hub Meetings/ Fenland Mental Health Networking Meetings.- Wrote proposal and secured funding for 3rd Sector partner organisation.
