Assumed responsibility for marketing, lead generation and recruiting to increase leads, enrollments and starts. • Established and directed strategic long term goals, policies and procedures for the college’s IT, Enrollment Services and Marketing. • Created Enrollment Services by redefining all admission roles and responsibilities to focus them on customer service.• Worked with the Director of Financial Aid to create new working relationships between FA and Enrollment Services.• Worked with the Dean of Student Services to create new working relationships between Student Services and Enrollment Services.• Turned five years of declining enrollment into improving start numbers by September of 2014• Created an RFP and led the team that evaluated the responses that selected a new marketing partner. • Initiated a marketing program to transition the college’s image from a technical institute to a 2 year transfer college.
