My main responsibilities are:-Follow the activities and payments of my own clients in the UK and Ireland-Aged dept report updated weekly-Attending and presenting in our national sales conference-Bad rept report updated weekly-Held orders report updated weekly-Create new customer credit accounts on the system.-Proactive chasing and Payment plan programs.-Calculating and sending proforma invoices.-Maintain an active communication with our clients in specific situations via email, or phone if required.-Raise credit notes based on the internal requests.-Release orders daily maintaining an audit trial of credit control activities and collection history.-Direct debits procedure weekly.-Allocating cash coming into the business-Bank reconciliation.-Maintain updated customers data.-Follow the deadlines and targets monthly requested and achieved successfully at the moment.-Maintain an updated communication between departments to avoid misunderstanding regarding sales, shipments or returns- Creating alternative payment options for customer in financial difficulty - Leasing with our insurers
