I was responsible for analyzing prescription data submitted by field associates to determine possible error trends and then work with the Quality Improvement team to develop a plan to prevent those errors from occurring in the future. I was also charged with helping to bridge the gap between SCPSO and field associates in order to provide more clarity about SCPSO. Another responsibility was to look over the policies and procedures and see if there were any gaps that may lead to future errors occurring. This included attending meetings with other departments to ensure new policies would not infringe upon the protections offered to Walmart and Sam's Club by participating in a PSO.
