Review classroom training content and re-purpose it as effective e-learning.Provide assistance and training to any other users when requested.Support all upgrades and development plans.Complete all actions on the Learning Management System as an Administrator.

To provide project support for online assessments, eLearning, selection and training. To manage queries about inspection development options and activities, providing advice and deciding courses of action helpfully and professionally.To support day to day management of training systems and provide support to users ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. To compose and author eLearning packages (SCORM/TinCan) material using the relevant software. To effectively liaise with National Trainer and Remit Lead Inspection Trainers to ensure the provision of high quality, well organised, learning and development systems. To provide support for content management and versioning of packages. To provide ad-hoc technical and on-site support, to help deliver wider team objectives.
