I worked as a lighting and sound engineer, assisting and occasionally managing a small but talented team to provide general technical support during downtime, and then rigging, programming, and operating the lighting and sound systems for various shows and productions.I operated and programmed various lighting software systems throughout my time at The Academy Theatre, including LightFactory, ENTTEC D-Pro, QLC+, Show Cue Systems Lighting, and Avolites Titan One. We also used a Behringer X32 Digital audio mixer outputting 10 channels over 5 busses for the FOH, Stage Monitors, Backstage Feeds and Band Monitors that was controlled via MIDI from Show Cue Systems.

I worked alongside Senior Engineers and 3 other engineering students managing projects, creating manufacture documentation such as PFMEAs and SOPs, and building on key skills. We then presented a final project to Senior Management and Engineers reflecting on what we learned throughout the process.
