In high school, I was the Head Lifeguard at the Augusta Jewish Community Center. My responsibilities were to create the scheduling for other guards, hire new guards, manage disciplinary actions, and customer service. Through this position, I learned an immense amount about leadership and how to communicate expectations from superiors to my staff. These skills are put to the test and form further through my campus involvement with Cru and Phi Slam, at the University of Georgia. These are two campus ministries. Cru specifically requires extensive leadership skills and a self-driven mentality to perform my duties. I also went on a mission trip (during the summer of 2022) to Bangkok, Thailand to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with Thai college students. The mission trip was a formative experience as I lived in a completely different culture and was able to experience, for the first time, what it means to truly be in another culture. These experiences have given me the ability to grow in leadership, organization, management, customer service, hard work, and dedication.
