Responsible for overall support to PEO Soldier providing acquisition professional services support through all phases of the acquisition life cycle. Leads the Ft Belvoir office of NCI Information Services with extended support at Haymarket, VA and Ft Lee, VA as well as at Army Posts in CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Responsible for cost and economic analysis support including program cost estimates to PM-Soldier for various programs including PM-LW. In addition, as a Project Director, assists directly assigned personnel in acquisition management and cost analysis tasks by developing deliverable plans and estimates for POM cycle inputs and program decision reviews for US Army development and production programs. Provides acquisition management analysis support to PM-Soldier and PM- Mobile Electric Power, Defense Production Act, Title III, PM-CONUS Freight Management and various other smaller programs. As Manager of Washington Operations, he is responsible for the management of the Washington DC Operations Office of MTC. Supervises personnel assigned to various contract support activities, assesses the quality of products and services to assure customer satisfaction, develops annual budgets and develops business base for the Washington DC metro area including support for US Army and OSD offices.

Retired from US Air Force with over twenty three years of service in Squardon to Air Staff level assignments both CONUS and OCONUS. Over 15 years in Contracting and Acquisition Management on various Air Force programs at the Aeronautical System Center and Pentagon levels and at contractor plant locations.
