Conference production lead and team manager for the Festival of Biologics series, responsible for researching and developing the agenda for the European and Americas editions of the meeting. As project manager I research the latest topics, trends and developments in the biologics space, work alongside expert advisory boards comprised of leading experts in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry and communicate with and invite renowned C-suite level speakers to put together world class conferences. I have produced both in-person and virtual conferences, held via the platform Swapcard.As project manager, I manage a team of producers to gather over 300 speakers for each edition of the Festival of Biologics, make final decisions on content, and hire and on-board new starters. I also work closely with our marketing and sponsorship sales departments throughout each campaign to ensure a successful event, providing website and marketing content, develop marketing strategies, and liaising with sponsors on their contribution to conference agendas and webinars.Achievements:. Managed the virtual Festival of Biologics USA 2021. Oversaw the return to live events with the Festival of Biologics Europe 2021 and Festival of Biologics USA 2022. Managed the largest ever Festival of Biologics in Basel 2022

I am responsible for managing a portfolio of established and new events based in Europe and the USA in the pharmaceutical, technology and life science sectors. In this role I undertake in-depth research both independently and with expert advisory panels to develop agendas focussed on the latest topics and issues, invite and build relationships with world renowned speakers, and support the delegate and sponsorship sales teams with content briefs and the latest updates to ensure a successful event. Onsite at a conference I am also responsible for liaising with speakers and ensuring the smooth running of the presentations. During the COVID-19 pandemic I worked on converting conferences to online meetings using the Hopin platform, moderating online sessions and webinars, and providing tech support to speakers and colleagues.As a Senior Conference Producer, I am responsible for proposing and implementing original conference ideas and series. For this I must keep track of new and interesting developments throughout the year, undertake market research to identify competitors, and write project proposals for senior management. In larger projects I am also required to act as a manager for a team of producers to ensure that all the required content that is covered.In addition to these responsibilities, internally I ensure that website content is kept up to date, provide marketing content for each campaign and also assist with the hiring and training of new starters.Conferences series produced include.
