Italian Dolomites

Ensuring that company standards were upheld and customer relations were maintained throughout the chalet and self-catering apartments. Landlord and agency liaisons were a key part of the role to make certain that the image and reputation of the company was held to a high standard. Customer service and issue handling to a positive outcome was another key.

Italian Dolomites

Managing a team of walk organisers within the chalet environment, accounts and an outdoor programe. Taking people into the mountains both summer and winter through a range of activities including walking, skiing and snowshoeing.

French Alps

Winter season spent in the French Alps working for a small independent company in a chalet with space for up to 13 clients. The role involved hosting guests, preparing and cooking high quality food, general housekeeping, food shopping, clearing snow, and maintenance where necessary. High standards, professionalism and attention to detail were required.

Cumbria

Workied with children aged 7-18 in an outdoor center on activities ranging from high ropes through to bush craft sessions. Mainly focused on environmental field studies for GCSE and A Level geography/biology; showing field techniques in the field and aiding ICT follow up after trips to various field sites. Facilitation skills were a key part of the job in.

Worked at the Junior Ranks bar, RAF Honnington, where I served at the bar dealing with the customers. Restocking the bar and cellar, changing barrels and general duties.
