My passion for IT ignited back in 5th grade, thanks to a charming and inspirational schoolteacher, and was nurtured all through high school by an educator whose ability to inspire her students can only be described as “saintly”. (Shoutout to Mr. Power and Mrs. Carr!)Since those early days, I’ve navigated diverse roles—from Level 1-4 Help Desk, Service Delivery Management, Machine Automation, Government Contracting (Health & Education), Project Management & Delivery, and IT Management—culminating in my current role as a Technical Account Manager. My mission? To maximise the ROI of IT budgets and create achievable IT roadmaps that align business objectives with technology innovation. It’s not just about reducing costs; it’s about turning technology into a strategic asset that drives real, measurable outcomes.For over 3 years, I’ve also contributed as a member of the Strategic Council at First Focus, where I’ve played a leading role in promoting company-wide innovation and driving critical change initiatives. First Focus, awarded Australia’s best Managed Service Provider for medium-sized organisations, lives and breathes client success, putting strategy and practical execution at the core of everything we do.I'm passionate about bridging the gap between technical complexity and business value. My background gives me a strong foundation in IT, but I also speak the language of commercial impact—ensuring that every project delivers clear, tangible value with clarity on the ROI. Whether it's lifecycle sales or project delivery, I ensure all stakeholders walk away not only satisfied but with an undeniable understanding of the value added.I thrive on challenges and have always sought roles that meet two core criteria: complex problem-solving and an engaging social dynamic.
