I have built a number of key client relationships whilst in this role, providing high standard front of house services; This includes meeting room / event co-ordination, general office management, facilities management support and boutique catering services sourced from Lexington Catering, branded as 'LexUnboxed'. I am also proud to say I am a trained mental health first aider as part of this role, offering non-judgemental support to staff members who need it including sign posting them to other supports where necessary.

I regularly assist with event and meeting co-ordination attending to the clients every need. Whilst part of the Lexington Catering graduate scheme I spent a considerable amount of time with the sales and marketing team assisting and collaborating on various projects including producing client sites monthly marketing collateral for over 50 sites including Coca-Cola, Harley Davidson and This is Global Radio regularly using Adobe InDesign.I have also assisted with the marketing refresh at Omnicom Media Group 'Market Place' restaurant promoting their new Instagram account and worked directly on site ensuring the look and feel of new menu designs and concepts were upheld. I have been pushing Lexington's new healthy Grab & Go range brand, 'Blend', promoting the concept to customers on site and creating marketing material for individual sites to promote this. Most recently I have supported the mobilisation of Virgin Active UK, including conducting engagement sessions at the launch of each London branch, promoting the 'athleat' Grab & Go range and the pre pay 'athleat' app which customers can customise to suit their requirements.

Whilst working at the Garrick club I have gained a wealth of hospitality and customer service experience. I initially completed a 12 month work placement at the club rotating through various departments and was then offered a part time position after this where I have continued to gain experience regularly supervising private events and dealing with VIP guests.
