Liaising with internal teams, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure contracts are being adhered to during all day to day activities. Running KPI calls with suppliers and teams within the department. Point of Contact for said teams between the bank and suppliers. Running weekly and monthly performance reports. Working on new contracts coming. Third party risk management. Staying up to date with current events as these could impact suppliers.

This was a seconded role covering a maternity leave. This role involved- Ensuring branches had the correct levels of cash on site to make sure they could serve customers- managing suppliers to cash KPIs- running daily supplier calls- arranging collection of broken/old equipment from branches- supporting branches with cash ordering/delivering queries- loading with suppliers to find out why fund were missed or late and arranging new dates- data analytics to ascertain correct levels required which constantly fluctuated due to internal and external factors

Working with suppliers and stakeholders managing tickets and incidents that occurred with ATMs and other bank machines/technology within branches. Responsible for chargeable files coming in from suppliers, running daily reports to find ATMs with errors, investigating ongoing issues relating to these errors. Working to targets and high expectations from stakeholders.

This role entailed speaking with customers who were the victim of fraud and raising fraud cases on their behalf to investigate the matter. This was a very risk orientated role as there were a lot of factors to consider to ensure the customers account was now secure and safe to use. Responsibilities included:- taking accounts from customers to understand how the fraud took place - identify the breach and educating the customers as to how it happened- raising fraud cases and investigating these to communicate decisions to customers- using data analytic tools to identify the fraudsters information like device ID and IP address to blacklist these from other customers accounts and report them appropriately - profiling accounts that had been proactively blocked due to concerns of unreported fraud- identifying and escalating emerging fraud trends - supporting and educating victims of fraud to ensure they were heard, and understood what had happened and how to prevent these types of frauds from reoccurring
