Joint Founder and Director of New Pangea.The idea was first realised whilst myself and Rob were rowing across the Atlantic in 2021, during a night shift as part of the TWAC '21, when reflecting on our own lives.New Pangea was then founded on our return, to help businesses and individuals navigate the modern world and unleash their true potential. Much like ourselves, we believe there is no such thing as extraordinary people, just ordinary people achieving the extraordinary.We specialise in starting the conversation, raising awareness and breaking stigmas associated with Mental Health, Mental Fitness and Wellbeing through key note speaking, organised events, wellbeing programmes, coaching services.We create bespoke and tailored services for the companies we collaborate with, across all sectors, and help individuals navigate self awareness, reflection, recovery and potential realisation.We've lost sight of where who we are, what we do, and the direction we are heading.It's all about people, and happiness.
