As part of my secondment to Agilisys I have taken the role of Management Accountant specializing in financial transformation. My role involves optimising financial processes, implementing new and robust financial systems and delivering a target financial operating model to the business.

As the Training Lead of the Certinia Implementation, we successfully implemented a new ERP & PSA system helping Agilisys to become a more data-driven organisation and streamline its operational processes.My role has primarily focused on system training and testing, helping to ensure that across the organisation users understand how to best navigate and utilise the system. Testing helped to identify and address system issues to ensure it functionally aligned with Agilisys specific business requirements. This role has given me invaluable exposure to ERP systems and the financial & operational processes that underpin them.

Working across ExxonMobil and Vaillant accounts with a focus on social media campaigns including Mobil 1 ‘Performance Comes From Within’. My responsibilities included tracking and analysing performance data across different campaigns to help inform future content strategy.

I worked seasonally as a Customer Assistant at both the Kingston and Tolworth branches of Marks and Spencer. During this time I was involved in the admin and administration part of the business. Achievements included coordinating Christmas food delivery orders for over 1600 customers.
