I started off working at Thrybergh Sports centre as a leisure attendant from May 2020 too the End of December 2020 before it was closed it was closed in the job I learnt many skills which include money handling, communication with all ages, health and safety, cleaning the work place and locking up the whole centre.Since November 2021 I have worked as a passenger assistant for RMBC in the role I have dealt with all types of SEN children and some young adults with various difficulties on a multiple of different buses and routes, since starting this role I have done first aid training, epilsey training, suction training, safety and handling of wheelchairs with moving them and also securing them with clamps. I have worked one to one with 2 separate children with different disabilities who can be very challenging to deal with on a bus with other clients on the bus. I have also been driving the dinner vans and delivering dinners to a number of different schools around the Rotherham area, this has been since April 2022 and I am still currently doing this.
