• My duties and responsibilities in this role were:
• Responsible for ensuring the timely resolution of incidents and fulfilment of customer requests, in accordance with standard operational procedures and agreed performance criteria.
• Responsible for escalation of incidents and requests which cannot or are unlikely to be resolved within agreed service levels.
• Liaise with the service desk to ensure effective identification, prioritisation and assignment of incidents and requests through to resolution/closure.
• Maintain and support several systems and solutions systems currently in use including but not limited to:o Sophos Central – Ensuring all machines are in the console and communicating with the server, escalating alerts.
• Responsible for the prompt escalation of all suspected security incidents to ICT Security Management.
