Fabricate temperature control systems from the frame up including all plumbing and wiring, soldering and brazing. Assemble heaters, piping, water tanks, pumps, chillers, and panels.

Helped design and built custom semiconductor track systems and automatic chemical dispense cabinets.Custom built cables and wiring harnesses for power supplies, PLC's, and machine interfaces.Wired up complete electrical systems including PLC's, AC & DC power supplies, relays, sensors and switches.Plumbed chemical cabinets including pressure tanks, solenoids, valves, regulators, analog gauges and digital pressure switches.Worked off blueprints and made improvement changes to better suit customers.Worked directly with other engineers to design custom doors, panels, and other fabricated parts.Tested equipment and repaired or rebuilt broken components.

Worked as a Metrology Engineering Technician for an international semiconductor wafer manufacturer with over 600 employees.Was asked to transfer to our Albuquerque division from the Cincinnati plant after it was shutdown to help train their maintenance technicians and help reorganize their quality metrology department on a six month contract.Was asked to audit their metrology equipment and to improve their current systems. I accomplished this by helping to create new process standards and work instructions and fixing errors found in their measurement processes.
