My objective is simple: Understand my clients, ask the right questions and provide them with their perfect workspace. 26 years in the commercial furniture industry has provided me the opportunity to really understand the history of how companies worked in the past and are working currently. Before business casual was introduced in the late '90's, the workplace was somewhat rigid. Employees conformed to cultural norms like wearing a tie, working 9 to 5 in silo's with very little autonomy or collaboration. Today’s workplace, is a fluid, more casual environment, where work-life balance is championed, creativity and collaboration are encouraged and, technology rules. The modern workplace environment has a blended workforce, is becoming more responsive to problems, and less tied down to physical locations. As the workplace continues to evolve I will have the benefit of experience and strive to be on the forefront for my clients.
