Worked with RUS, CFC in the financing area, many operational areas in process improvement, as well as SEDC in the technology area.At WEC, positioned the Cooperative to meet the transmission upgrade by AEP requiring the construction of four new substations to greatly improve reliability. Major upgrades were made to technology infrastructure including adding major modules to NISC that greatly enhanced productivity and customer convenience including SmartHub and Meter Data Management.
