Working within Financial Services for the last 15 years I have seen and worked through unprecedented change. I have been involved in delivering change while maintaining high customer service and employee engagement levels.For the past 2 years, I have supported the Accord Union supporting members through a wide variety of employment processes and receiving great feedback throughout. Supporting the organisation of recruitment leading to an increased performance and efficiency.
