Including keeping a schedule of continually updated cost information to aid pricing of work.* Administrate, maintain and develop the Field Service and Maintenance Management System, assisted by the Technical Project Engineer. • Internally train for use of the Maintenance Management System• Oversee the use of the Maintenance Management System to ensure compliance• Direct point of contact for any Agility administrative issues• Keep the Maintenance Management System up to date• Monitor and Review the Maintenance Management System (Housekeeping, Audits, Statutory Compliance and Development)• Produce any relevant Procedures and Documentation with regard to Maintenance • Identify and Negotiate plant shutdowns with Production Supervisors/Managers• Assign PM and prioritised work orders to continually updating schedule, focusing on the grouping of work to maximise work achieved• Co-ordinate prioritisation of work via Maintenance Manager and Production Managers and incorporate• Produce relevant reports/documentation for the Maintenance Scheduling Meetings and leads meetings to agree/provide an effective plan where all departments agree• Ensure daily Work Statuses are current so reports are accurate and current• Ensure all Maintenance work order and PM work is fed back and stored correctly• Maintain records of work and plant records; and provide data or reports when required• Assist with continual progression towards a total preventative maintenance culture and OEE• Assist with the development of Production using the Maintenance Management System• Assist production with supplying work for their operators/technicians• Manage/Co-ordinate/Oversee all engineering maintenance contracts (compressors, greasing, workwear, scaffolding, vibration analysis, scrap metal, lifting insurance inspections, pressure insurance inspections, etc.)• Develop engineering stores procedure and ensure compliance• Oversee all engineering purchasing• Oversee all engineering stores activities (booking in, booking out, stock control, work packs, etc.)• Oversee parts manufacture/overhaul activities
