My focus is on using AI and automation to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and make project coordination and decision-making more efficient.

WMP Asia Hub, HCMCIn 2018, I relocated to Vietnam to join WMP's Implementation Team as the Data Management Specialist. My role focused on standardizing GIS processes and training local data administrators across Sri Lanka, India, Laos, Indonesia, and Vietnam. I also worked closely with the web development team to customize software based on user needs and co-managed a digital helpdesk, handling feedback and feature requests to improve the user experience.

Eliminate Dengue Program, Institute of Vector-Borne DiseaseAt Monash University, I helped transition data collection from manual spreadsheets to a cloud-based system integrated with mobile and web apps, streamlining field logistics and research for early R&D trials in Northern Australia. I also created flexible map templates and developed new methods for geographical scoping, improving project planning. My role involved remote collaboration with data managers across Brazil, Colombia, Indonesia, and Vietnam, ensuring effective international teamwork.

NBN ContractorAs part of a short-term contract, I managed geospatial data from multiple sources and formats, transforming it into usable tools for field technicians working on fibre-optic cable installations. My work involved integrating aerial imagery, infrastructure drawings, and land zone data into field applications, helping streamline the installation process for a major national infrastructure project.

GHD Graduate Program (Spatial Services Division)As part of GHD’s graduate program, I provided GIS support for large infrastructure projects, including rail alignment, LNG pipelines, and port developments. I produced detailed maps for land access, EIA reports, and project deliverables. Additionally, I gained experience in air dispersion modeling for major projects in Australia and the Middle East, contributing to environmental assessments and planning.
