I am an enthusiastic and driven worker and from the start of my time in the Royal Navy I have learnt a lot about myself and have developed my leadership skills and confidence. My role has me taking charge of small groups of both trainees and qualified personnel, in large and small jobs on aircraft, which has greatly improved my leadership and teamwork qualities. Working in such a diverse and dynamic environment has enabled me to benefit from a wide range of different perspectives and helps me to think more widely and problem solve efficiently. I am a very passionate and reliable worker in my role, and uphold all the standards that my current position expects. I know that any future employer would receive the same professional and personal attributes that I show everyday in my current role and would be key to any further job roles I may hold.
