I began my time at Lamar OUTDOOR as a billboard installer, but was later trained and certified as a Digital Technician. My primary job duties were to maintain and repair all of Lamar's digital displays in its Oregon and Washington Market. I loved the hard work, and the heights rarely bothered me. It was a great adventure, and I am grateful for the time that I spent with Lamar.

99 Productions was one of the best experiences I've had. I still pull knowledge from my experiences with the company. I was fortunate enough to work directly under co-owner Pat Hart. He treated me like a peer, and afforded me opportunities that most internships don't. I was able to work with clients and give and receive insights during the production process, I sat-in during the editing process and was encouraged to share my ideas. I am still very grateful that Pat Hart and the rest of the 99 productions team allowed me to be a part of their company, and for all of the knowledge and experiences they shared with me.

While at Lane Community College (LCC), I studied marketing. Before transferring to the University of Oregon's School of Journalism.
