Managing the Site Services Department to include all on Site generation & distribution of power, steam, air, water systems, refrigeration, production gasses, infrastructure, effluent and bulk liquid manufacturing across a 60 acre Site producing up to 30m SKU's per week in a safe, compliant manner whilst reducing energy & running costs. Inspiring 4 direct reports and up to 35 indirect reports including 3rd party labour.

Lead Engineer for Shift to cover all aspects of Services, Utilities and Blends Department to produce over 25 million SKU’s per week.• Coached and mentored new Team Members to enable them to fulfil the roles required by the business and developed existing into senior positions.• Grew a Maintenance Programme for Utilities not based just on preventative measures, nor reactive, but on a monitoring and conditioning basis, in order to give the business Best Value for Money. • Ensured compliance with all Corporate, Legal and Quality requirements.

Implementation of Site Electrical PPM’s. Principal Electrician on the installation of two new Cochran “Thermax” Boilers and associated controls.

Successfully completed Electrical Apprenticeship and Combat Engineer training. Passed 5 week Leadership Cadre and promoted to Non Commissioned Officer.
