I am a solicitor and TEP with a particular focus on high-value tax and trust work, and the developing field of digital assets. I help people with their planning for the future.I am the recipient of a STEP Worldwide Excellence Award and Deputy Chair of the Steering Committee of the STEP Digital Assets Special Interest Group.I am the co-author of the second edition of The Digital Estate, a textbook examining the law of England and Wales on digital assets from a private client perspective: https://www.sweetandmaxwell.co.uk/Product/Data-Protection/Digital-Estate-The/Hardback/42771312I currently work at the Country Land and Business Association where I advise members on tax and private client issues, and help shape policy in this area.
