- In charge of all sales and marketing promotion and recruitment also training- Managing the fitness club of 6 districts including Wuhan, Dalian, Jiangsu, Zhe jiang, Haerbin and Suzhou- Create and maintain budgets for promotional activities and sales training- Prioritize store performance issues to make certain that the issues most directly affecting profitability are addressed first
