After picking up skills in finishing, model making, 2D design, metal fabrication, wood fabrication and Microsoft Excel, 3 months into employment and offer was made to learn under one of their premier Production Managers as a junior.From this point, learning the ropes of production and project management, utilising the CNC router, CNC waterjet, CAD design in Adobe Illustrator and fabrication have been the roles primary responsibilities.
