Working at the Playhouse has given me opportunities to work with a wide variety of groups ranging from local amateur theatre to world renowned touring companies such as Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre Company.

The Treehouse Restaurant is a famous treetop fine dining experience in the grounds of the Alnwick Garden, owned by the Duke and Duchess of Northumberland. Whilst working front of house at the Treehouse I learnt a lot about how to work effectively as part of a team. I was expected to maintain extremely high and exacting standards at all times, including time keeping, customer service, personal presentation and the ability to make quick decisions under stressful conditions.
