Operations Manager
• Oversaw and directed day-to-day operations and driving operational excellence across the city of Berlin.• Primary point of contact for a wide range of stakeholders, vendors, 3PLs, cross functional teams• Significantly decreased Costs Per Order by building and maintaining SOPs within the warehouse and rider teams. Increasing inventory accuracy for our customers and deliveries on time.• On a national level I was in charge of building SOPs for inbound/outbound management. The inventory management tools I created were used in all of operating cities in Germany.• I was in charge of testing reviewing the Warehouse Management Systems during the introduction of the first ERP to ARIVE. I provided feedback and created flow charts that we used in our data migration phases of the ERP.• I was the National Count Lead for ARIVE's first and successful audit. I created the counting tools for our stock and assets that were used to pass the audit in all of our operating cities. As project lead, I spearheaded the weeks of preparation, to ensure we met our deadlines before the count day.
