As an LMS Training Clerk at SIS, I support the training department by managing administrative tasks and special projects. My key responsibilities included: • Creating and editing training documents and presentations. • Reviewing and uploading course content to the Learning Management System (Absorb). • Maintaining organized files and historical content. • Providing user support and troubleshooting technical issues with the LMS.

As Developer Lead, I facilitate the agile-driven development of the company’s mobile app, Puerta Abierta, an ai-driven platform for young adults to learn personal finance. I produced the functional and nonfunctional requirements of the application, developed user stories, provide mentorship to the rest of the team, and ensure that development tasks are completed by deadlines. In addition to project management, I am developing the backend logic for this application.

Contributed to civic software projects by resolving issues, creating and reviewing pull requests. Participated in weekly development meetings, office hours, and all-hands meetings to enhance project coordination and output. Focused on maintaining the organizations website, built in Jekyll.

In this role, I provide website strategy consultation and development. In addition to the design and development components of this work, my responsibilities also include marketing, lead generation, proposal creation, project management, and client relations management. This is a client-relations intensive role and reflects my ability to consider and provide business value through product development.

I mentored students in Python programming and web projects. During my time in this role, I developed and taught a course called “Problem-solving in Game Development,” which focused on helping students develop a problem-solving mindset through debugging games. This experience allowed me to help students build foundational coding skills while fostering their problem-solving abilities in a fun and engaging environment.

Provided real estate escrow companies with third-party notarial services including the administration of notarizations, acknowledgments, jurats, and certified legal copies of various documents relevant to the closing of home mortgages and refinances.Guide borrowers through the signing of 100+ page mortgage and refinance packages, ensuring that all documents all forms are filled and signed correctly prior to the time sensitive closing of escrow.

As Technology Specialist, I supported the district’s technological initiatives, from the coaching of other teachers, to the development of custom applications to improve teacher productivity. Notably, I presented technical talk at the Districts technology conference. My talk introduced teachers with a method for texting from a spreadsheet, improving parent engagement and saving teachers hours every week.
