I have the best job in the world… at lest for me it’s the best. Doing what I do doesn’t feel like work, it feels more like play. I climb ladders, scamper around on the tops of houses, enjoy some truly fantastic views of Pikes Peak and the front range of the Rocky Mountains and meet some really nice people as I help them with their roof issues in the Pikes Peak region of Colorado. I knew from my many years as a real estate professional that the condition of a roof was often an expensive and time consuming hiccup in a real estate transaction. I also knew that it was tough finding a dependable roofer to give an honest assessment of a roof’s condition.
