General duties as required of a Quality Assurance Manager. Responsible to see that homes manufactured under Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, Kansas and Arkansas Modular requirements. We also build Manufactured Housing to the HUD Guidelines and assure conformance to those Federal Standards. We build modular residential and commercial structures under all related codes; curently the 2009 IRC and related ICC codes.

Customer Service Manager for five different manufactured housing facilities. Responsible for timely repairs of the homes produced at these facilities. Communicated with seven state regulatory agencies and assured timely corrections under regulator requirements directed by the US Department of HUD. Hired and screened all independent contractor crews and monitored the quality of their work. I had nine office employees and an office assistant.

Production Manager over 150 Employees producing multi-section manufactured homes. Built mid level and entry priced homes. Responsible for Quality Assurance, production efficiency, safety, and maintenance. Provided production efficiency and production projections to our Corporate office.
