Designed, built, wired-up and tested battery coolant production fill and flow rig. Created initial requirement specification with input from stakeholders and control specification for a semi-automated production process. Worked closely with controls and manufacturing team.Designed the High Voltage Front End for the next iteration of the battery pack. Optimised layout, designed for manufacture and assembly, and built prototype resulting in cost reduction to deadline.
