In a PR role with the night club Bamboo in Glasgow, my role was to create buzz and conversation for the club, targeting potential customers around universities and colleges, offering promotions and signing them up to guestlists in order to build relations.

As the front line of service at the Braehead shopping centre ice rink. My role was to ensure customers were safe on the ice pad as well as having an enjoyable experience. This required me to answer questions and tend to any customer complaints.

My role at camp IHC was roller hockey specialist, responsible for the safety and enjoyment of the kids participating. As the only specialist in this field, I also needed to plan training sessions which was a great challenge. Outside of teaching hockey, I supervised group activities and looked after kids in bunks. These roles required me to communicate effectively with other staff and the kids to perform my role well.
