• Develop financial models for forecasting revenue and expense. And Provide recommendations to senior management in cost mitigation.• Identifying process improvements in month end processing and dashboard reporting.• Add value by developing a thorough understanding of global information system performance expense drivers.• Provides full support on the development of new bids and tenders and other initiatives as required by the Information Systems Finance Manager.• Provide finance support for the evaluation and implementation of new service lines and offerings, new pricing strategies consistent with corporate guidelines and development of consistent marginal pricing.• Ensure that expense benchmark reviews are completed and results are communicated to management.• Liaise with Global Finance Team to ensure the monthly invoice ties in with global standards and methodology for internal Australian and overseas client.• Weekly project reporting on actual vs. budget spend and FTE tracking.• Building strong working relationships with key customers.• Ad-hoc analysis as requested by project requirements.

• Responsible for Managing the annual IS budget• Co ordinate the preparation of the annual Non Discretionary budget • Revision of IS budget to reflect various challenges (i.e. during GFC and 2010 budget over runs).• Preparation of ITEB(Information Technology Expense Benchmark) reports for Paris• Working closely with Group Finance to ensure IS costs are correctly reflected in ABM (Activity Based Management)• Tracking of the monthly IS budget gap• Involved in providing AMP integration requests.

• Preparation of IS Non Discretionary Budget• Co-ordinate the month end process• Prepare Monthly Management Report • Prepare Monthly Dashboard Report• Liaise with external auditors• Supervise and provide expert advice to junior staff• Provide project accounting advice to various Project Managers (PM)
