During my short time in this restaurant while i was travelling Australia, I was working as a commis chef. My duties included the production of sauces, side dishes and starters. it was a high paced, but high end restaurant, I refined my time keeping and organisational work here and had to learn how to push my limits of being organised while working in an intense environment
