Reporting directly to the Airport Precinct Manager my role as the Airport Precinct Operations Coordinator is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all airside security locations now and into the future, tasks performed rapidly change based on the projects taking place but prominently include:- Major Project security Co-ordination - Monitoring rostering and Duty Manager inbox- Monitor emails out of business hours- Assisting with Kronos / Rostering- After hours/weekend phone calls from APOs/CSOs/DSMs- Duty Manager Coverage- Writing toolbox talks/memos- Updating and keeping SOPs inline with current regulations- Assisting with day to day operations- Coordinating day to day changes- Organizing staff meetings compliance/attendance etc. - Screening Point audits- Daily staffing level checks - Reviewing daily reports/ slides- Follow up & Investigation into Systems Tests and Non Compliance Notices- Equipment Audits - Primary contact when Terminal/Precinct Managers are un-available- AEV Data review and auditing both internal and with Airport tenants- Airside performance auditing- Gate traffic and queueing reports- Works projects and liaising with contractors to ensure Airside integrity- Training Co-ordination for all airside locations
