Initially pursuing a career within sport, injury has caused me to face the challenge of finding new passions. However, my time studying sports sciences was not wasted. I always had an affinity toward psychology, and it turns out, my fascination for human behaviour has translated directly into my writing. My discovered capabilities lie within the thoughtful exposition of imaginative experience. Through storytelling, I have teased apart moralistic messages and conveyed meaning through entertaining prose—humour and fantasy, naturally providing a vehicle for characters to teach the reader. Moreover, I enjoy the process of constructing beautiful sentences that phonetically prance across the page. And it is with this delight; I desire to pursue more creative writing projects for children or adults. Within my profile, you will find a number of the story's written for my last position. The stories aimed to educate advanced English language learners, and so structure and vocabulary had to be simplified. Having worked with them for 8 months and writing over 40 stories, I am now looking for a new challenge that further stimulates my minds inventive potential.
